• Physically our Representative will be seats in your premises who will have fully.
• Knowledge of Import/ Exports documentation and well knowledgeable of Computer Systems
• Our Representative will be a Communicator and his role will be to follow up with Supplier, Freight forwarders, CHA’s, Transporter and Goods deposit in W/H or remove from the W/H. (Only International Transactions).
• Once you have raised Purchase Order on any foreign Supplier, his duty to forward the same to the supplier as well as
  to approved Freight Forwarder to pick up the goods as per the terms and condition define in the P.O. (Ex Work/FOB/CIF etc.)
• Once Goods picked up and loaded on the conveyance (Vessel or Aircraft) it is his duty to follow up with the Counter part of the Vessels Agent in India.
• The movement Vessel arrived in port his duty to follow up with CHA to collect necessary documents and process in the Customs for clearance.
• Give the requisition to concern authority in your Company to provide fund for Customs Duty, Sea/Air Freight Charges. D/O charges, Stamp Duty, CFS charges and Transport charges etc.
• To give the movement of entire operation to the concern persons in your organization. so that work should move smoothly and safely
• To keep the record of goods moved in or out from the factory for internationally transaction and present to you whenever you required.
